Supplier Impact Survey 2026
To better understand the impact of CERN’s procurement activities on industry, we conducted a Supplier Impact Survey in 2026, gathering feedback from companies across our supplier base.
The survey covered 1,045 suppliers with whom CERN spent more than CHF 50,000 in 2024–2025. A total of 455 valid responses were received, representing a 44% response rate from suppliers across 35 countries. The respondents represent a diverse group of CERN’s industrial partners, ranging from small businesses with fewer than 10 employees to large organisations, with 79% classified as SMEs.
The results presented below provide insights into the economic, technological and business impact of working with CERN, based directly on the experiences and perspectives of its suppliers.
