Bengtsson Le Guen
Procurement Officer
Josephine completed her Masters of International Business and Finance in Lausanne. She joined CERN in 2020 as an administrative student and has been working within the Procurement Service since January 2022, as a Procurement Officer.
Hiba Gerster
MICE Procurement Officer
Category manager for MICE
Hiba completed her commercial education in France and joined CERN in 2000. She has worked in the procurement service since 2005, where she focuses on seminars, conferences and hotel accommodation, bringing long‑standing experience in managing these service contracts.

Bjorn Jenssen
Procurement Officer
Category manager for Electricity
Bjorn completed his business MBA and his MSc in mechanical engineering education in Bergen and Trondheim (Norway). Having worked as a financial controller in Norway he joined CERN in 1996 as an assistant department planner. Since 2009 he has worked within the procurement service as a procurement and contract officer. He is the manager of the electricity category.

Procurement Officer
Category Manager for on-site services
Sébastien completed his management education in France in 1997. He joined CERN in 2004 and now serves as Head of Unit for Services. Sébastien also is a Category Manager for on-site services.
Anthony

Category Manager for on-site and consulting services
Anthony holds two MSc degrees, one in International Procurement and another in Corporate Finance. Before CERN, he managed procurement activities across several FMCG sectors. He joined CERN as a procurement officer in October 2023 and is the Category Manager for on-site and consulting services.

Procurement Officer
Eva holds an LLB and two LLMs in environmental law and in intellectual property and ICT law. Having worked at the European Commission, at private law firms and other governmental organisations in the area of procurement and contracts management, she joined CERN in 2024 as procurement officer.
